What is a job notification?
Setting up and removing job notifications
STEP 1: Click on “Post a Job”.
STEP 2: Click on “New” on the left side of the page, as shown in the picture below.
STEP 3: Enter a title for the position and a detailed description. BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION.
STEP 4: Select the location of the position under “Categories” on the right side of the page. (Note: if you do not select a location your position will not be automatically distributed to members of the site.)
STEP 5: Add details about the position such as dates needed, reporter type and job status under “Job Info” at the bottom.
STEP 6: Click “Publish” on the right side of the page to post the position, click “View Site” at the top to return to CSRHire and you’re done!
Editing a job that has already been posted…
STEP 1: Log in and click on “Post a Job”. You will see a list of all the jobs you have posted.
STEP 2: Click on the job you want to edit and make any changes you need to.
STEP 3: Click “Publish” on the right side of the page to update the posting, then click “Visit Site” at the top to return to CSRHire.com.
STEP 1: Click on “Post a Job”. This will take you to a list of all jobs you have already posted.
STEP 2: Mouse over the job posting you no longer want. You will see an option to delete under the posting title.
Changing a job’s status from available to filled…
Once you have filled a position you may want to indicate that on a job posting so that you no longer receive inquiries about it.
STEP 1: Log in and click on “Post a Job”. You will see a list of all the jobs you have posted.
STEP 2: Click on the job you want to edit and change the Job Status under “Job Info” at the bottom of the page.
STEP 3: Click “Publish” on the right side of the page to update the posting, then click “Visit Site” at the top to return to CSRHire.com.
Distributing a job posting through Twitter
When you post a position it will automatically generate a tweet that gets sent to everyone following CSRHire.com on Twitter! This increases the visibility of the position.
Using CSRHIre.com to search for jobs is easy! Simply click on “Find a Job” and the select the location where you’d like to work. All positions that have been posted for that area will appear. If you only want to see jobs for certain types of positions set up a Job Notification (see below).
A job notification is an email alert about a job that meets the criteria you select on the Job Notifications page. The notification will be sent to the email address specified when you created your account.
Setting up and removing job notifications
Log in and click on “Job Notifications”. You can add or remove any of the criteria listed, then click “Save” at the bottom to update your changes.
